- apply suplpy chain thinking by drawing a supply chain diagram
- understand quality management
- apply a problem identification tool

- apply process mapping through drawing a flowchart diagram
- understand the notion of risk and risk management
- apply risk assessment tools
- understand the notion of sustainability and its impact on supply chains and consumer markets

Throughout the course, communication about study-related issues and learning assignments is conducted via the message function in itslearning.
For personal matters, students should communicate with the teacher via email.
Students can communicate via the targeted message function in itslearning or through the course's joint announcements function with the entire group. Messages sent using the announcements’ function are automatically visible to all course participants.
